| The School of Culinary Arts at Yorktowne Business Institute offers programs in culinary arts, professional baking and pastry, and food service. Since 1998, the school has offered its hands-on training programs in culinary arts to students who have gone on to work in exciting positions in restaurants, resorts, hotels, cruise ships, and clubs. While enrolled, students have opportunities to complete externships, as well as participate in the student-run restaurant.
